EGHA had a busy (but wonderful) holiday season!! For our 2 elderly developments Shoreside Apartments & Regal Court, we held a holiday dinner & provided entertainment...EGHA staff assisted in distributing holiday meals to our elderly residents who were home bound for the holiday...And our big event of the season, Breakfast with Santa was held on December 13th for our housing families. Potowomut Country Club graciously hosted the event whereby those who attended enjoyed a delicious meal, an entertaining magic show, and each child received a present from Santa himself.

Public Housing Authority of the Town of East Greenwich, established in 1967, provides quality housing and supportive services for low and moderate-income individuals and families through various federal programs.
The EGHA owns and manages 27 family public housing units and 141 apartments in buildings for the elderly and disabled. We also administer Section 8 rental assistance for an additional 130 households.
The London Bridge Childcare Center is co-located with Marlborough Crossings, one of two family public housing developments in town.
Through the EGHA, low and moderate income families and individuals are able to live in the community with the highest per capita income in the state, despite otherwise prohibitive housing costs, thus ensuring a measure of economic integration and opportunity.
